Villa Agatha is located in Cala D'or, a suburb of the Spanish resort of El Campello (20 km from Alicante airport). The house has recently been completely renovated and fully equipped. You have two modern bathrooms (both with (walk-in) shower and toilet), a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine) and 3 spacious bedrooms (3 rooms with a double bed) In one of the bathrooms there is a washing machine and in the garden a skottelbraai, gas bbq and a Weber bbq. Also a ping-pongtable is provided. The living room is wonderfully light and from here you can reach the large rear terrace (south) or the spacious indoor balcony at the front (east), where you can have breakfast in the morning in the sun and enjoy the cool days during the rest of the hot days. A Smart-TV is provided, just as fast fibre optic internet and if it gets a bit cooler in the winter months there is a nice fireplace that quickly warms up the house (additional heating is also present in every room). Naturally, Villa Agatha is fully equipped with air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms and there are mosquito nets and shutters everywhere for the windows and doors. The brand new large swimming pool (8 x 4 meters) is located on the south side of the house. Sun beds and umbrellas surround the swimming pool.
